3.4 — Legal Capacity

3.5 — Jurisdiction Responsibility
You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction. cw999 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Pakistani users should note the existence of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and understand their obligations thereunder. This is not legal advice.
The Operator is required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity, age and payment legitimacy of all Users. KYC verification may be requested at any point during the User's engagement with the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, first deposit, first withdrawal request and any time the Operator deems it necessary for compliance purposes.
4.1 — Required Documents
Typical KYC documents for Pakistani users include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card — both sides) or a valid international passport, proof of residential address where required by the operator, and a selfie or liveness verification photograph. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation based on the nature of the account activity or applicable regulatory obligations.
4.2 — Secure Submission
All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Operator's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Users must never transmit sensitive identity documents via unsecured channels, including but not limited to WhatsApp, Telegram, social media direct messages, standard email or any unofficial third-party tool. The Operator cannot be held liable for the consequences of a User submitting documents through unsecured channels.
4.3 — Document Integrity
Users must never alter, edit, obscure, redact or falsify any identity document submitted for KYC verification. Submission of fraudulent, altered or counterfeit documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence. Such conduct will result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4.4 — Verification Outcome
The Operator reserves the right to approve, reject or request further information in relation to any KYC submission. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Users will be notified of the outcome and, where applicable, given the opportunity to resubmit.
By using the Platform, you agree to the following general conditions of use:
- You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

6.1 — Own Funds Only
All deposits must be funded from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment sources — including funds belonging to another individual — is strictly prohibited. 6.2 — Minimum Deposit

6.3 — Processing Times

6.4 — No Illegal Funds

Withdrawal of funds from your cw999 account is subject to the following conditions. The Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification or investigation into suspected account irregularities.
7.1 — Verification Prerequisite
All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification as described in Section 4. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.
7.2 — Return to Source

8.1 — Wagering Requirement
All bonus credits are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires a total of PKR 30,000 in eligible wagers before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
8.2 — Maximum Bet During Bonus
A maximum single-bet limit applies while a bonus is active. Placing wagers in excess of the stated maximum bet limit — as specified in the individual bonus terms — constitutes an abuse of the bonus and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings. Typical maximum bet limits during an active bonus are stated in each offer's terms.
8.3 — Game Contribution
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at the highest rate; live casino games, table games and certain sports bet types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates applicable to each offer will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
8.4 — Bonus Expiry
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, after which any unused bonus credits and associated wagering progress will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods will be stated in the individual offer terms.
8.5 — Bonus Abuse
The Operator reserves the right to forfeit bonuses, void winnings and suspend or close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets that cover multiple outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game risk, using automated betting systems, coordinating strategies with other Users, or exploiting errors or glitches in the Platform.
8.6 — Maximum Cash-Out
Certain bonuses carry a maximum cash-out cap, limiting the amount of bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn. Where a maximum cash-out applies, it will be stated in the individual offer terms. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will not be eligible for withdrawal.
The following general rules govern the placement of bets and participation in games on the Platform:

- Submitting altered, falsified or counterfeit identity or address documents.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities or any form of financial fraud.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform without express written consent of the Operator.
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, data feed errors or glitches in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
- Attempting to hack, penetrate, reverse-engineer or compromise the Platform's security infrastructure.
- Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Making deposits from payment instruments not registered in your own name.
- Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion or cool-off period through any means of circumvention.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the Platform and all content thereon.
13.1 — Platform Availability
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, third-party service failures and network disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. The Operator shall not be liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
13.2 — Financial Losses from Gambling
The Operator shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by a User as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and Users participate voluntarily and at their own discretion.
13.3 — Jurisdictional Compliance
The Operator makes no warranty that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for determining the lawfulness of their participation. The Operator shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a User's participation in contravention of applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 in Pakistan.
Either the User or the Operator may terminate a User's account in accordance with the following provisions:
14.1 — Termination by User
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team via the Platform's official support channel. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied, or the User may elect to forfeit unused bonus funds.
14.2 — Termination by Operator
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a User's account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of fraudulent information; suspected money laundering, fraud or other criminal conduct; bonus abuse; multiple account operation; failure to complete KYC; or where continued operation of the account would contravene applicable regulatory requirements. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal conduct, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email notification, Platform announcement or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
